Briefing : Organize a sportive event on the opening day for the winter of Antwerp.

Target : Broaden the audience, and attract youngsters to the winter of Antwerp

Concept : From sport to sport
INTO Sport gathered a Team of Sport & Event experts, all with a love for sport Events

Together with ‘Sneeuwsport Vlaanderen’, Mapix & indoor ski slope Aspen, we organized the first edition of the Belgian Championship Rail.

A new event format in urban context with international ambitions. The Riders made the Fireworks, the audience loved every moment.

SPORT promotion Event :
We engaged different Media Partnerships and integrated national radio Studio Brussel, leading sport channel Sporza & local TV Channel ATV on our communication side.
INTO sport provided extended PR services : Press conference & copywriting for all stakeholders of the event.

Partnerships :

Event sponsoring & Sport Activation @ Winter in Antwerpen

We designed several Partnerships & integrated them in the event with a keened-out event – branding & event activations, where lead generation was generated. Commercial & nonprofit partners found their way to our audience and broadened their network. It resulted in a Family Activation Village around the temporary slope, which kept the mood vibrant through all the day. The event got governmental support from the city of Antwerp, Flanders & was a cooperation with Sneeuwsport Vlaanderen.
